Finally am able to land one.
So I've broken off two bass that were over 8 lbs and lost a handful that were 5 lbs over the last month. Some of it was me not retying knots after a while, some of it was trout hook sets, and others were just plan bad luck. Well yesterday I finally hooked and landed a bigger fish.

Very nice, to me catching a 5lb bass with a fly is equivelant to catching a 10lb bass using conventional gear. The odds are really stacked against you when fishing for bass with flies.
